Fruit and vegetables are best kept in the HydroSafe at a high level of humidity. These products should always be stored unwrapped to enable the humidity to circulate well. The humidity in the HydroSafe can be varied depending on the type of food. The humidity can be regulated in the HydroSafe, permitting it also to be used as a DrySafe, i.e. a dry storage compartment for wrapped food.
